Craig Griffiths (Griff)

Founder, Change Education

Originally from England, I began my career in education in the UK, working within an academy supporting young people who hadn't found success in mainstream schooling. That experience gave me an early appreciation for the impact the right people, environment and support can have on a young person's education, something that has stayed with me throughout my career.

After moving to Australia, I built a career in education recruitment spanning more than a decade, building high-performing teams, developing long-standing partnerships and connecting great educators with education communities across Australia.

Having spent much of my career working closely with schools, early childhood services and education leaders, I've built my approach around one simple belief: great recruitment is about people, relationships and finding the right fit.

I'm passionate about raising the standard of education recruitment and creating genuine partnerships that deliver real, long-term value. For me, that means taking the time to understand people, what motivates them, what they're looking for and where they'll genuinely thrive.

As Founder of Change Education, I'm excited to bring together my experience, sector networks and commitment to excellence with a fresh approach to recruitment. While technology will continue to change how we work, I believe people and relationships should always remain at the heart of what we do.
